Software training: Training is provided at the time of installation of your LED display and in addition to the manual that’s provided; we offer live help from our in-house specialists. Call 866-756-1375 for more information.

Customer support performance standards: During business hours all calls are answered without a callback and emails before 2:00pm CST are answered the same day. If you happen to request a callback, the average wait time for a callback is only fifteen minutes. We make every effort to answer all support questions in a timely manner.

Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Our manuals and website contain extensive lists of frequently asked questions to help identify and fix trouble areas. In addition, our tech support reps are available to answer questions six days a week.

Need a part? Orders requested by 2:00pm ship the same day. Every effort is made to get the right parts to our customers the next business day. Instead of shipping the damaged board to us and waiting for your replacement part to arrive. We will ship replacement parts directly to you immediately after you call. Once you receive the part, simply remove the old part and replace it with the new one. As a result, your sign is only down for a few minutes.
